Return Policy

You may return any item purchased on AlphaBeast.ke.fixmyhealth.site within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• By completing the payment process, you confirm that you were satisfied with the product’s color, shape, overall appearance, and all described features at the time of purchase.
• The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition — not damaged or misused.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
• Returns are not accepted for products purchased as gifts if the recipient is not satisfied (unless covered under Guarantee).

Refund & Exchange Options

• We offer a full refund for the price of the merchandise (excluding taxes).
• Shipping and delivery fees (including rider/shuttle charges) are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Any product returned without prior notification or authorization will be sent back to the sender at their expense.

Packaging & Shipping Back

To ensure safe return:

• Securely pack the product using the original packaging, if possible.
• Remove or cover any labels with “AlphaBeast” or phone numbers to protect your privacy.
• Keep proof of shipment until your refund or exchange is processed.

Guarantee Policy

If you believe your product is defective or malfunctioning during the Guarantee period, we’re here to help.

• A legible copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice (showing seller name, product, and purchase date) is required.
• Proof of payment (e.g., M-Pesa transaction code) may also be requested.
• This Guarantee covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship under normal use and when the product is purchased new and in original packaging from Strong Man.ke.fixmyhealth.site or its authorized affiliates.
